Ian Milford has come a long way since beginning his career in tourism as a busboy. At the time, the position felt like a stepping-stone on his journey to becoming a lawyer. He hadn’t anticipated embarking on a new path altogether.
When a cook called in sick, Ian was moved to the kitchen, and so began his love of working in hospitality. Today, he spends his days at JRoss Hospitality Recruiters, searching for talent to build fulfilling careers in the hospitality industry. He loves connecting excited, passionate job seekers with roles that bring them joy—and, now years into his career, he enjoys being able to leverage his own talent to serve the tourism industry.
